Settings¶
To access the settings section in InternalBooks, log in to the admin dashboard with your administrative credentials. Once logged in, you will find the Settings section in the navigation menu.
In the Settings section, you can configure various application settings.
General Settings¶
- Product Activation Status: Shows the current activation status of the product.
If the product is not activated, you will see a message indicating that, the remaining days of the trial period and a link to the activation page.

Currency: Allows you to set the currency for the application.
Security¶
Change Password: You can change the password for the admin account. Enter your current password, then enter and confirm your new password.
Important
Change the default admin password immediately after your first login to ensure the security of your application.
Employee Settings¶
Number of recent transactions to show: This setting allows you to specify how many recent transactions should be displayed in the employee dashboard.
Data¶
Backup Database: You can create a backup of the database by clicking the “Backup” button. This will download the database file to your local machine.
Export Data As: You can export the data as CSV or JSON. Select the desired format and click the “Export” button to download the data.
Important
Create a backup of your database regularly to prevent data loss.
