Starting and Stopping InternalBooks¶
To start and stop InternalBooks, you can use the provided start.bat and stop.bat scripts. These scripts manage the Docker containers that run InternalBooks.
Starting InternalBooks¶
To start InternalBooks, follow these steps:
Navigate to the directory where you have downloaded InternalBooks Installer.
Run the start.bat script by double-clicking it or executing it from a terminal or command prompt. - This will start the Docker container defined in the docker-compose.yml file.
Stopping InternalBooks¶
To stop InternalBooks, follow these steps:
Navigate to the directory where you have downloaded InternalBooks Installer.
Run the stop.bat script by double-clicking it or executing it from a terminal or command prompt. - This will stop the Docker container running InternalBooks.
Note
Ensure that Docker is running before executing the start.bat or stop.bat scripts. If Docker is not running, the scripts will not work as expected.
For more advanced users, you can also use Docker commands directly:
To start InternalBooks, you can use:
docker-compose up -d
To stop InternalBooks, you can use:
docker-compose down
Important
These commands are to be used while in the directory where the docker-compose.yml file is located. If you are in a different directory, you will need to specify the path to the docker-compose.yml file using the -f option, like so:
docker-compose -f /path/to/your/docker-compose.yml up -d
