View Transactions¶
To view transactions in InternalBooks, follow these steps:
Navigate to the View Transactions section in the admin dashboard.
You will see a list of all transactions, including details such as transaction id, username, amount, date, status, category, and description (if available).
Use the filter options to find specific transactions.
Setting Filters¶
To filter transactions, you can use the following options:
Username: Select the username to filter transactions by a specific user.
Type: Choose the type of transaction (Income or Expense).
Date Range: Specify a date range to filter transactions within a specific period.
Marking a Record as Paid¶
To mark a transaction as paid, follow these steps:
Navigate to the View Transactions section in the admin dashboard.
Find the transaction you want to mark as paid in the list.
Click on the Mark as Paid button next to the Unpaid status.
The transaction status will be updated to Paid, and the record will be saved.
